  1. lol yeah its ready when its ready, i dont care when its going to be released, but i was just wondering if there will be some (major) changes in deathmatch, thats all, a yes or no could do the trick. i just miss the good old days with mta 0.3r2, and im not the only one.
  2. i actually said something like that too njr. and yes, its easy to dodge a car, despite the fact that the game is called Grand Theft Auto, its no fun to me if (almost) everybody is inside a car because they dont want to fight, or they dont want to get carkilled
  3. one question (you can answer with yes or no), will there be any (major) changes to the gameplay(Deathmatch)? like some weapons adjusted, a weapon added etc. ? maybe this sentence fits with mta 0.4.1 : if it (mta 0.3r2 gameplay) ain't broke, dont try to fix it
  4. and maybe try to reduce the running speed of the other players ingame. i think its possible with the current core, since the glitch(automatical glitch, player runs normally, and doesn't perform a special action to glitch) wasn't as bad in 0.3r2 as it is in mta 0.4.1. Also playing against players with frame limiter on, or off doesn't make much difference(except for some cases)

    did i promise that? no. besides, they know better now, and they know that it wasn't possible with the current core, so a small update in the manual would be nice. But this is just an example, and as i said, its not about the player limit, its about the promises. Offcourse, people make mistakes, offcourse nobody is perfect, and im not blaming them, just because they didn't increase the max. player limit, i blame them because they promised that feature. Ok, maybe blokker was right, and they didn't know what was possible, maybe the manual should say something like, the current max. player limit is 26, but it might be upgraded in 0.3, though we can't guarantee it. EDIT: thats true if you take a look at the mta smoothness update, the "possible" new method, but its not applicable in this situation.

    so....mta 0.4.5 will support 26 too....... well actually i didn't appreciate it that my topic was closed. but all i wanted to say is blokker: read this: blokker you said that, you guys didn't know what was possible in 0.3, why promise something about the limitations then? its still in the current manual, so....its not old. and IJs, im not disappointed about the fact that mta 0.4.x still supports only up to 26, but im disappointed about the fact that promises are being made, that become false after a while.
  7. if the beach ball is going to be sync'd, then a mini game mode called capture the beach ball would be nice as an addon

  11. well no, at least not all i prefer GTAT at the moment, and soon another project which im going to betatest for.
  12. strange.....in 0.3 there was the aimbug with some weapons.... it was solved in 0.4.1(a bit, its still there, but not as bad as before), but it has become worser with the stubby.........(also because of the running speed glitch, it was in 0.3, but its worser now)
  13. ehm that was 0.2, there was a run animation in 0.3...............besides its still not perfect in 0.4.1. but about the lag: when person B sees person A somewhere, it will be somewhere else than person A actually is. and that could be reduced.
  14. well i wish it was true, but im afraid not, i also tested it recently on my own server, less lag(0.3r2), but lets stop that discussion, its useless, i think it could still be a bit more smoother in 0.4.5.(then it was in the previous versions)
  15. well that could be true, i dont know about that, since most servers have a ping kicker..........but it sounds very unlikely though, because even with low pings there is more lag than there was in 0.3r2........don't tell me its not true, i've played both versions in a lot of different countries..... oh i didn't know that, but its still the question if the team will change it
  16. guys reducing damage caused by stubby wont help for 100% because there will still be one shot kills(the only way is removing the one shot kills, but thats part of vc's engine, and i think it will be difficult). the solution shouldnt be, make the robber weaker, but make the other ones stronger, (read my post+ the rest for the details) or evey career should have very simple weapons like the mac 10 and stuff.(but i cant imagine that it could be fun) about the lag thing, i guess it wont be possible to remove it, because its part of the core, but reducing it slightly would make us a lot happier(there was less lag in 0.3, so it is possible). maybe one career should disappear, so its easier to share the weapons that are already sync'd.

  21. well do you know how the new GTAT core will be, i dont think so. well does it matter? cmc or cbc, the fact is your defending MTA while you are doing illegal stuff. quote from an anti mta site: more quotes will follow if you like EDIT: lol you are even a moderator on some of their forums
