No one has said anything about lag. Lag also has nothing to do with speedhacks, mods, or frame limiters.

He may or may not cheat. But he's good at lying. And I believe that brings the entire "Does Zircon cheat?" into question. Does he, or doesn't he? He may say he doesn't, but he also says his frame limiter is ON, and I don't think anyone can vouche for that one and truly say "No, his frame limiter really is ON!". I don't care if he ever comes out and says whether or not he cheats. All's I care about is, if he really does cheat, that he turns it off. If he doesn't, well, then he doesn't even have to worry about defending himself here or even posting here, because it wouldn't even matter.

A translated website is easy. Babelfish can make links so that you can simply click "Italian" on the website, and then the entire website refreshes and is in Italian.

That's why I'm wondering why he's trying to cover up his Frame Limiter being on/off. Theoretically, if he's not using any mods, then his frame limiter must be off. But as he put it, his frame limiter is on, so he's using mods. It's either one or the other, either hacks or Frame Limiter off; and he attempts to deny both.

What I did with my old router (When I used to host servers), I just basically freed ports 1 to *highest number you want*. I forget port numbers, but I didn't do 1 to 99999, but more or less, the highest number I'd ever see for the game I was hosting. For Vice City, I'd do 1 to 9999 to be safe. Don't see any ports that aren't ranged 2000 to 5000, but it couldn't hurt. Unless, of course, you're worried about hackers busting through your opened ports and hacking your PC...

I never opened any ports, and I have router firewalls too.

I didn't accuse. Glitching through a wall or door to get the heli in there isn't really a cheat!

This has been discussed many times... I remember reading a lot of threads about it. I can't seem to find any of them though, because the 'Search' function is a little incompetent. (Can keywords "can't see players people help problem fix" get more accurate?! I'm finding threads about Signatures, rather than bugs/problems )

Well, I've seen a problem like this before.. But I'm bad at remembering solutions. The whole "no radar"/"no people" bug situation has been posted a few times now, or at least once in the past. I'll try to hunt one down for you.

Defeats the whole purpose of the Support Forum when people post bugs/erros/tech problems here. But, you can't blame them, I forgot about the Support Forum for a while; and when I remembered it, I didn't know where to find it.

Rather than debate, I suppose an official YES/NO would do the trick. Although, it wouldn't help if they turned it around and said "That all depends on what YOU think..."

Well, as far as weapon switching goes, that's a little vague... In fact, this poll needs to be split into separate polls. And the frame limiter issue, that's all a matter of morals and ethics. If you think it's a cheat, then keep it on, but keep in mind other people will have their's off.

Hmm... This is interesting. Soon we'll have Germans, Russians, French, etc, making their own language versions of the website.

I can't watch any of them. I get a "File is corrupt." error with all three. And they're huge downloads, too...
