just connect to a server by using ASE (can be found in the downloads section) and dl the client, if you have vice city use mta:vc it's much better then GTA3:MTA 0.3b

if you own the game it isn't illegal if you have a copy and don't own a game, it illegal as far as i know

i tried it and it was cool in SP but MP is a different story..... (game crashed 12 times)

do you have something edited in the mta.scm because editing mta.scm will couse many problems

you're on a network or not, maybe the router/hub is the problem

try to reinstall mta, maybe it'll help

dl the newest server config tool, it has banned IP list with it

not much cars (did it once with all cars, just made it) but it's still a cool jump

i think the damage isn't optimal in 0.2 and for the mod, just don't use it!
