Thanks. Still can't reproduce the problem. Are you sure this is a 1.3.5 issue? It looks like the vehicle RGB color is being changed into color ids like this: setVehicleColor( veh, getVehicleColor(veh) ) Check your scripts to see if they are using setVehicleColor anywhere.

I can't reproduce this problem. Can you make a resource to show it?

Does MTA get stuck when starting? If so, do this: 1) Add an empty file called 'debug.txt' to the MTA install directory (The one containing 'Multi Theft Auto.exe') 2) Launch MTA 3) Wait until you are sure it is stuck 4) Hold left and right CTRL 5) Game should crash 6) Zip up contents of MTA\dumps\private 7) Upload here: http://upload.mtasa.com/

Ok, it be interfering with MTA. Remove E:\GAMES\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas PC\DSOUND.dll and try MTA again.

If you correctly replaced a car model, it should be impossible for GTA to use the old one. (Since it won't be there any more) So, you must have replaced it incorrectly. Also check the server is not using a custom model.

You are right, Windows Task Manager is still giving access denied. However Process Explorer can change the affinity: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-gb/sysi ... 96653.aspx

'Use customized GTA:SA files' is for these files only: https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/An ... fied_files Leave it unselected if you only modified gta3.img

Thanks. Could you also upload: E:\GAMES\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas PC\DSOUND.dll

Find the Multi Theft Auto install directory in Windows Explorer, zip up MTA\dumps\private and upload here: http://upload.mtasa.com/

Try this patch: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/?mtasa-1.3.5-rc-latest It should allow you to set affinity directly on the GTA process.

Did you check the CPU usage graph in Windows Task Manager? It should show only the first processor being used.
-
Did it work? because it did here. You can check by looking at the CPU usage graph in Windows Task Manager. If it doesn't work, check that you are setting the affinity on Multi Theft Auto.exe while it is displaying the 'asi files' warning dialog. (If you set it after, the GTA process will not inherit the affinity setting.)

If it didn't show an error message, then it worked correctly. Anyway, lets try something else: Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes (download and install vcredist_x86.exe) and try again. Post any pastebin URL MTADiag gives you.

Thanks. Try the new patch: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/?mtasa-1.3.5-rc-latest

Try this: 1) Find the Multi Theft Auto install directory 2) Add an empty file called 'dummy.asi' in the MTA sub directory 3) Start MTA 4) You should see a dialog warning about asi files 5) Set affinity of 'Multi Theft Auto.exe' to the first processor 6) Click 'OK' on the warning dialog

It looks like it is not possible to change MTA affinity on Windows XP. Are you sure changing the affinity will fix your problem? Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes (download and install vcredist_x86.exe) and try again.

How do you know the file import failed? Did it show an error message?

Did you try to start MTA? Because there is no record of it in the logfile.
