Its quite easy to create a race script in MTA:mA indeed. It just takes a server to test on and some time to develop. You might consider writing it yourself

We probably need to make the update function more obvious.

a) On what pc is your server running (IP)? b) Whats the second pc IP? c) What IP do you connect to? d) What error do you get?

Lol.. i had to work, and returned at 19:30 home.. and i did view all my messages that morning, but didnt respond... But i think i found the problem. You guys were the first ones to report the php error. I wasnt able to reproduce it, i could update every map. And some other guys told me FF was working and IE wasnt.. Misleading. I think itll be fixed this night. Thats because of some debugging and extra logging. It has nothing to do with the actual upload.

Why? THe php is for ppl that dont uderstand c++? Make a decent php program right away, or do it completelyin c++. The only acceptable other option is a java engine in c++, that kinda fast as well. Parsing partial php is way too slow. Nice Bump btw..

Nice work! But could you make the small adjustmensts required to let is output valid HTML4 or XHTML? These errors are minor, but can fuck up a complete site

Or dont even think about running yet another MTA server if you dont know what you are doing. Just connect to another one and enjoy playing. Dont do anything you (and your ISP) might regret. Just my 2 cents

Out of the "Known issues" at http://forum.mtavc.com/viewtopic.php?t=11098 you have allready read i assume you know its: You get a crash at the address 652f30 when starting the game This is caused by having the incorrect GXT file. To fix this, copy all the gxt files from the Grand Theft Auto Vice City\TEXT folder except the "american.gxt" into the Grand Theft Auto Vice City\MTA folder. You should also ensure you game language is set to english.

GRS did include a complete stats database on a web site. But due to some problems at the hoster the site is gone. There might be a replacement with the release of the new MTA version Addition: I might be able to change the GRS code for it... Because it uploads the data to a central serve, the address can be changed to your own "GRS" server which servers a website.

Why would you need it? Well, you need a way to check the integry of the file from outsise... iwht a dll or something

MTA:MA does not change the server config. You might have done it yourself by accident.
