    I have moved this into the client support section. Dialogue is not possible in the ban appeals section due to its settings. Make sure that you're reinstalling OS with a legitimate copy. Cracked/pirated copies are not ideal

  19. It means you have used a spoofer in the past. Perhaps to evade a ban for another game in the past. If you undo those changes, you should be good to go. Alternatively, reinstall your operating system.
