Actually I just got the same thing today, it was wierd you can't hit enter to make it go away because it constantly loops, you have to stop the mtaclient.exe process and vice to make it go away...First ti'me i've experienced it today after the 4 months I've played .3 o.0

I use frame limiter because it crashes my machine without it, go figure, but in the 5 minutes I can play, it will run about 120fps on min settings...which would give me a noticable advantage...well assuming I could learn to adjust to playing at double speed. Frame limiting makes the game more stable and more fair, anyone who has a serious problem with it probably use the bug lol.

never had a problem there myself...altho dvs is pretty laggy himself normally...perhaps you had a half bad ping as well and the combined lag made him think you were cheatin. Admins are peticularly short when it comes to these things recently.

well, if it meets the requirements as you said, it could very possibly also be the video drivers lagging the system.

on the server machine, you can connect to the server by typing "localhost" in the address box, on any other machine you need to type the INTERNAL ip addy of the server. On the server run the afore mentioned netstat -n you should see something like this: the underlined is the internal ip for the computer i'm on now...yours will most definantly be different. Also it was assigned by a belkin router, linksys, dlink might have different, or they could be set differently by whoever setup the network. and yeah, the 172 is aol, so sue me, it's hard to test a server while serverside lol.

programs in nt don't normally summon the blue screen, so I betya hes tryin to run it on dirty old 9x hehe. Anyhoot, i'm assuming thats the same sobeit that ran around with trainers on...yeah even if you're right, you're a bit late to hop on the goodguy bandwagon, ya think.

well, although I don't know how to utilize it, I know there is a warping bug somewhere around there...also dependant on your ping, you could have been loosing packets left and right and the car could have stopped on his screen, on the next packet the game gets it kind of, draws a line and makes you fly along it to compensate lol. I'm sure someone else could explain it better.

OH you're talking about lag...yeah the host is always super easy to hit if it's at their residence, they'll have like a 5 ping...while a normal good ping is about 70. above 200 and people start becoming really hard to hit at times...add lots of lead lol. edit-- huh, i ran over 500 sometime recent lol
