Make sure you have entered the META DATA into the map, to do this go ingame to the map editor, click race settings then set meta data, fill in that then resave map, it should be ok then

Yeah, its true, MTA only works with the 1.0 exe and NO MODS AT ALL, just reinstall your game and dont patch it
