I don't know if anyone plans on to make something like this like I am, the entire city ramped at any cool place I can find to make one. I will use auto count on the lines of my .IPL (my added ramp map) to have a rough estimate on how many ramps I have later.

I think weapon switching is a bug so its not really cheating and it adds more flavor to the game. Turning off FPS Limiter IMO however is somewhat cheating because you are turning off your frame limiter (whatever the reason) and increasing your firing rate which is giving you the advantage. Especially if you have a high-tech state-of-the-art computer system, the advantage over your opponent can be large. I have an above-average computer system and I have played a few guys that could almost get 2 shots in by the time I had gone totally through 1.

Seems like MTAVC should be v1.1 only too. Then it would not cause any problems which would not be thought to be because of having 2 versions playing MTAVC and it would be less work on the team.

You are probably experiencing a bad crash, not a total lockdown. This means you gotta get out without seeing what you are doing. The best thing to do is press control+alt+delete, press g so it highlights "Grand Theft Auto Vice City", press tab twice to have the "End Task" button selected and then press enter twice to end it. If that works you should be dumped back on the desktop after a moment or so. If that is not working and you HATE shutting down, try system standby. That will usually do the trick. Just mash ur standby button on your keyboard and if it isn't standing by its probably because the "restart, shutdown, standby" selection window is up in the background. Try pressing enter and hopefully you'll get a reaction then. After your computer goes into standby wait a moment so you don't hurt your computer by making some equipment shut down and then restart fastly. When you push a keyboard button or mouse button and the computer comes outta sleep mode, you will have to log into your account again or you will be on the desktop automatically if you disabled user login. The crashed GTAVC will still be running but you will be on the desktop to end it. If you can't control+alt+delete the task manager up, try right clicking in the system tray and click task manager in the menu. If that doesn't work you'll be forced to restart, but with this method I have rarely had to restart as it almost always works. PS: This is going on the assumption that you have one of the newer versions of Windows. If you got Linux or somethin... well... feck.

Awesome. I just found the coolest thing... the best of all the mods I have... by far. This thing is gonna speed up my production like hella lot. I had to downgrade to v1.0 for it to work, but a small price to pay. Its a trainer-like program that can do lots of stuff. Words can't explain it. Well if thats truly the case I know exactly where to change it if someone would be so kind... to an admin: admin panel>general admin heading - configuration then scroll down to "User and Forum Basic Settings" and its the first setting, "Max number of poll options" I suppose theres no more that can be argued about this beyond this point.

That doesn't make much sense bump, I mean you can't just always say "Don't like it? Leave." I mean if thats the case there might as well not even be a site/forum section, suggestions section, etc. and a nazi sign would fit in perfect over the mta forums logo then also. Almost all the options were used so they were necessary for that topic. Now that limit prevents something like that from being created again and I really don't think its needed. I mean the worse thing someone could possibly do is make a crappy poll, but is it really that harmful? I mean the mods can just lock it or delete it if its a shitty poll if thats the issue. I think 8 or 10 would be a good limit if any.

I don't know why this has been done, but is it really needed? If nothing has been done then something is buggy. Proof? Look in General MTA:VC forum for Kent's sticky "Where di d you hear about MTA?". Try to make a topic with that many poll options, it won't work. (Of course delete your post if you try ffs , or you can just take my word for it). Just seems kinda... unnecessary? It killed a few of my ideas for topics that require some larger polls too. One great topic I made without the poll limiter: "What do press to get out of GTAVC/MTAVC when it crashes?" but alas, something like that can never happen again with this limter.
