Another nice thing would be time spent in server, so someone whos been there for 5 days and has 100 kills doesn't look elite and that'll discourage the alt+tabbers Of course it would probably be better to refresh every 5 mins or so so the load isn't as great.

^ yes and also turn the hud off. I see you have the chatbox off (good), so having the killers /kill during fights would make it look a lot better instead of running around shooting them. Like if you person gets hit they /kill quickly to make it more realistic, or /kill when they are almost dead.

It looks good, but it doesn't really fit the theme. Use some pink in the sphere. I'm guessing MTA isn't looking for something in Vice City in the logo right? Perhaps just cutting off the tails and putting in some blue and pink combination that Vice City uses as its primary colors or something similar. My last thought being use capitols cause "mTa" is what it looks like
