not true the official mta ssv server and the partyserver are both frequently ocupied, not to mention fast and always on.

its the damn console raised younger generation. they dont know how to browse to directories or know what a .exe is. they assume you put the disk in and the magic computer makes flashy things appear onscreen. I suggest, Gatlin, that if you have the pc version of gta3 you go to the gta3 dir and select the gta3.exe. and i also STRONGLY suggest you search through the forum before posting any more questions on this or any other matter.

with almost all gta games when you modify the main.scm you cant load an older save game. some mod designers have taken to including a save game file with their mod because of this. if you know someone with the same mod you could get a savefile off them, or you could just dive in and play from the beginning

unfortunatly theres no way of blocking certain words from appearing in the chat, but it is possible to have a script react to people saying words you dont like by warning/kicking/banning people who say them. overall people dont like censorship however.

the scenerio you described with boats won't be an issue with MTA: DM (and even if it wasnt solved, you can swim anyways) im not sure what you mean by "sticky" button though, i assume you mean a "glue" feature like discussed a long time ago. as far as vehicle placement goes, thats really up to you because of the map editor. buckets and forklifts and such have already been synced, as you can see in the development screenshots, particularly This one and This one theres been a lot of public discussion about drivebys in the forum and news posts, lets hope the devs takes them into consideration when deciding which way to do it.

that app changes the files before gta starts and not during gameplay. thats the problem.
