@Mr.ShariQ I was getting the same error so I installed the Offline Media Installer on to a bootable USB and booted from it and installed Windows 10 like that. It worked like charm. I never got that error, as the installation was forced from boot.. try it and tell me what you get!

You can get an offline installer ... But you may require a Windows Activation Link after installed, which you can buy later on if you want. And you're not too late you can install all the updates, and get your PC/Laptop up-to-date and then update your PC..
