u have to download MTA 0.2 cuz it seems that there aren't any servers that support MTAS 0.1 now. u can find it here

Maybe the windows firewall was on by mistake u can fix it by right clicking on your internet connection>propeties go to the Advanced tab and then uncheck the check box (if it checked)
