Unicode support has already been suggested and shall be implemented in a future version. Feel free to submit a patch which implements Unicode support in MTA. Issue #3919

You seem to be using MTA: Race, possibly with an Operating System which is more recent than Windows XP. MTA: Race is unsupported, the current and supported release is MTA: SA 1.0.3 which also includes a map editor which is more advanced than MTA: Race's map editor. It also includes race and supports Operating Systems higher than Windows XP.

It all depends on the server's Bandwidth whether it shall lag during download is in place. No one shall experience lag after downloads are done.

Well in my opinion there should be an option for what type of server to search for, it's it's race only, or if it has mods enabled etc. Or you could always start your own server which has mods disabled.

Then they should play on servers which allow modified files.

Slothman is right. You can have as many players in the server as you want to edit your maps. As long as you don't try to edit the same object at the same time as it disallows you.

I have tried to use rocket science to understand what you're trying to say. From what I might have understood, MTA is halting/crashing on launch?

Usually when this happens to me I'd retry and it'd work. Have you tried contacting them?
