If you modified files in GTA then what you can do is reinstall. Next time make sure you backup all your files before modifying them.

I believe there was a similar problem with Intel cards. If this happens in MTA all the time, no just in the Map Editor then your card doesn't have enough power. Unless there is a bug in MTA with your card.

This is very helpful when handling with Nightlies, Custom builds etc.
