S0beit is an application which hacks GTA it self and may be used to gain unfair advantages. Since they have spawned an illegal amount and ID* of vehicles, we may know that they have used 3rd party applications. Unfortunately this has been a problem for quite a while now and not much may be done to stop it. But there are ways. If you know how to script, you could create a check so that if any illegal ID*s are spawned then action can be taken.

I get a black screen when launching the Map Editor Usually this is caused due to incorrect installation of Map Editor resources. If you are using a stable MTASA client, please install it again and make sure that you use Client and Server install option. If you are using a nightly build, to get it working right you need to download latest resources (step 3), unpack the archive and put its contents in: MTA San Andreas\server\mods\deathmatch\resources , where MTA San Andreas is a folder where you've installed MTA San Andreas (default location: C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas). Putting them in this path: MTA San Andreas\mods\deathmatch\resources is a common mistake - it won't work if you put them there. So make sure to put them in the italic path above. If this issue still occurs, even when you've checked the note above and verified that you've installed it correctly, it might be because you've got an outdated acl.xml file. Only thing I can think of right now is making him download a resource which keeps track whenever he changes IP so you can instantly ban him.

Game-Monitor takes around 5 hours to register your server. If you host your server yourself and have a dynamic IP then each time you launch your server you must wait till Game-Monitor registers it.

Why would you want Cleo 3 anyway? SA-MP have a huge problem due to it. I'd prefer having more scripting possibilities to implement similar Cleo 3 mods so that they could be controlled.

Well if you were racing on a server you do not own then there could have been some background resources causing the crash. Be patient until a developer confirms the cause with the dumps you have provided..

Are these just random crashes? What were you doing exactly when the crashes occurred? Any special resources were running which could have caused this?

You see, not everyone likes modifications and would like his MTA pre-modified.

Well the reason is because there was a problem in slot availability for the skins. A fix was once implemented but it was then reverted due to problems being caused.
