This is actually my 2nd news post

Since the initial release of information regarding MTA:SA a short while ago, we have continued to dig deep into the game and work on the mod functionality. The game interface has been one of the largest areas of growth and along with functionality, stability has increased dramatically. A lot of research has been completed in regards to the new features introduced in GTA: San Andreas and we have already started to take advantage of these. The team has been working hard to iron out some of the issues experienced during the initial play tests and have continued to develop the race mod. A lot of logic has been put in and it is starting to take shape as something that we can see being released initially, prior to a full-featured MTA built upon Blue. Although a lot of work has been completed throughout all areas of the mod and the core itself, we still have many features to complete before we have a version suitable for release. Finally, thank you for all of your kind words of encouragement after the first MTA:SA related news items. We aim to keep you updated as much as possible throughout the development phase.

That is asking a bit much... if you want something then you should really put some effort in to be able to get it.. be that effort learning some c++ or whatever. We will make it easy as possible to make mods using blue.. but that doesn't mean it will be VERY easy to do. I can guarentee you it will be harder than making a script for MTA:mA for example.

Blue is the software which future versions of MTA will be built upon. It is currently being developed by the MTA Team, so isn't avaliable for download. You can get more information on Blue at http://www.mtablue.info

Took the words right out of my mouth eAi You guys shouldn't judge this video as a "final product preview". Its more of a developement update just to keep you aprised of whats going on, try to bear that in mind.

erm ok this is starting to get a bit out of hand. Fayte: I think your efforts arn't such a bad thing, if they work to a certain extent then do what you will. Oh and don't mind Aeron, he just has a few problems expressing himself... how shall i say... politely Personally i don't think any decent cheat detection will ever work on this core, but people are welcome to get as close as they can. Luckily this type of thing will be much easier to detect server side in MTA:BLUE, so at least there is that to look forward to PS: Blade1941 - its mIRC Scripting, not SCM, just so you know.. SCM is the scripting that the GTA engine uses in-game.. for missions etc.

lol Aeron Jani: i said that to aeron as a joke.. only way to do it would be to make a program which connects to admin of MTA and then hardcode in the GRS stuff to the program
