Lol this, what you see is coused by a VEARY bad placed spawn. I discovered it when I was playing around with placing spawnpoints. the camera starts normal and it looks like everything gets hot... I frapsed it the camera just got stuck... the only thing you had to do is wait at another race.

you don't need explorer.exe it's allso possible to play games or use applications without it. saves memory on bad pc's

right click on your computer and go to properties (shortcut win key+pause)then tab hardware and there's device manager

what's the point of having a signature/avatar if you haven't made it yourself? you can try some photoshop or paint shop pro (easier) trial versions and make something yourself. or search for tutorial sites on the internet.

My question was, can you connect to your own server (hosted on your pc) using your internet IP.... not about localhost and network ip...

I like the map too, and my friend allso crashed a lot. but I'd like to have some more vehicle choise. add a platform somewhere where you can choose vehicles or something

check firewall if it blocks mta. or juse the All Seeing Eye or game-monitor.com for joining games.

hmm a way to do this as far it is possible right now. just make the screenshot and cut off the hud (yes, make the pic smaller) since a car doesn't take the whole screen.

hmm just formatted... sure you got ALL drivers installed? go to your system properties (win key+pause) and check under hardware-->device manager if everything is correctly installed.
