If you didn't get unbanned it might be because the ban was permanent or the ban did not reach its expiration time and date yet. It's also possible that you didn't (fully) remove the trainer and got banned again. If the ban is temporary, make sure you remove each and every trace of malicious programs from your device by the time the ban expires. It might be possible that the server you're playing on has removed the ped's targeting marker via the https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/SetPedTargetingMarkerEnabled function and you should check this out with the server owner. ?
