Ok. I'm not understanding what just happened. So, i renamed my game folder from "GTA San Andreas full on Spanish" to "GTA" and it started magically. So, if someone looks this thread, and knows or can implement/add this to MTA nor MTADiag to solve this (like, check if root GTA dir has unknown/special characters, and rename it)
