May i suggest that you lock and archive the bugs and problems thread, and the old threads in the general MTA discussion and suggestions thread (dont delete, just archive the older pages and place somewhere for viewing nostelgia) The non mta discussions may as well stay as-is... unless you want to archive the older posts of those as well.

the colored markers can be done, not to sure about names over people/cars though. cars can be stopped until the counter finishes... like in turismo

that can be done already. this mode is the "peds hate you cheat with peds have weapons cheat" then its just people vs ai =)

there are too many phones in gta 3 =) at 5-6 stars, its hard to survive unless you get up on a building all day and lob molotovs =)

dodos etc will probably be disabled so that solves that. multiple person's in one car is being worked on for a future version And DM with no timer is basically free mode.
