i think blokker is saying that 90% of people will not have v1.1 cause they dont need to, and the advisory says not too unless you owned a gf fx card, i think coding it to support both versions may have been a good idea in this case.

if the mod can do a point A to B race that would be easiest, then maybe later, if plots random markers at preset points over 1, 2 or all of the islands.

Nappa is working on the clanbase system, and i have heard that transfering 0.35 to vc should not be that difficult as the team have found the releases are similar in some respects. <-- dont quote me on that, its only hearsay for now. and welcome back manix =)

if you want to, release a comic just giving us the prolouge. A good story will overcome any problems. Take ya time telling the story, fleshing out characters etc as i would prefer an in-depth story to a flaky short one.

i believe the team are currently working on both, as they have found the two games are quite similar in some ways.
