they're working on it, they havent exactly said, we dont want people playing this on win98 to be able to use it yet ;-P Hopefully they will have fixed it by 0.35

mta will be somewhat 56k friendly, or at least playable on 56k

A. Currently a lot, you could wait for netcode to be improved, but I dont know exactly how much it uses up.

well when the game is all syncd up, if the person is on your team, you just get in, acting as a passenger, hopefully able to drive-by. If it the opposition's car you pull them out.

maybe an option for 0.35, but the police arent syncd in 0.3. also, since the memory addresses have been hacked i dont know if this still holds true, but i thought you wernt able to get more than 3 stars in portland until you unlocked the next island? (though all the islands are unlocked? )
