You say that if all the players in the server have the same mod then you can play whit mods. So why not making servers like "Only whit Rgta mod!"

There is a matrix mod for GTA III it can make the time go slow and the bulets wil go like in matrix. But you wont have a matrix skin and the city wil be the same.
