Connect to another server? Server browser>click a random server>connect Look if that works.

That's pretty weird... That you're unable to connect to your own PC... Just like I loose connection with my own PC... Anyway, what resources are you running? What IP are you using? (127.0.0.1 is recommended by me) Or any other info you can give us? And Magus, lol. 2 and 8 combined... How can you get a max file descriptor if you don't have any connection? And it might indeed be scriptwise. Messenger, did you try switching to another gamemode or something?

1. Don't fill in any IP at all! 2. For you: 127.0.0.1, for others YOU should check THIS and pass that IP to your friends for them to be able to join. Port is in your conf file.

The server went down twice. One time relatively long, the other time for only a few sec I guess. Could be the reason?

No. MTA can not remove objects that are part of the San Andreas world. Not in this version and not in the versions ahead. Will it ever be possible to open fences that are already existing in the GTA world? I know it might be hard, but it isn't impossible or illegal. Right?

I cant understand he said that the admin panel works for moderators, but it never worked for me, i still prefere with admin levels 1-10, so is it possible to create it in acl? Since when it worked for mods? There is no way that's possible, look at the ACL... =/

Anyway, let's get back on-topic: You can't enter the vehicle... Your CJ or skin just stands there doing nothing I guess? Or does the vehicle vanish and fall out of the sky? (happened to me sometimes, don't laugh... )

This was said in the wiki, i do have a ATI card, and the flickering is so bad it gives me headaches, and i tries bringing up the f8 and do what it said, but it still flickers, any help? Have you tried... Updating graphics drivers maybe?
