1. Java and Javascript are commonly confused, and are actually unrelated to one another. Don't manually stop java.exe if you don't need to. 2. I'm not saying to stop it...I'm asking if you have it disabled. You need it enabled. -
Many people are still hesitant with GUI's because they are still pretty new territory to scripters in all GTA MP mods.

Nothing shall ever stop us!

That is correct. I believe there are multiple topics here explaining it, but the main cause of this false-positive is in both the way MTA hooks memory, and the program that MTAClient.exe itself is packed in to prevent people from hacking it, which anti-virus programs flag as suspicious, since people do not normally make programs like this anymore.

Lol epic. Double closing script tags right after one another. I'm curious as to how that one happened.

I think I just died a little inside. The vast majority of the SCM work was done in 0.5r2. Other than minor bug fixes applicable since its release, I haven't done anything regarding the SCMs. I've always done all of the SCM work, with some help from trx who I've been in contact with via e-mail for a few years now. I've added one of the gamemodes that was supposed to be in the original 0.5.1 to the "new" 0.5.1. Basically, it's a stripped down version of VC Deathmatch where the players spawn around unoccupied vehicles above a certain amount of health. I believe the intent of this gamemode was to decentralize the deathmatch from the various spawn points, if I recall correctly from what trx told me. I wasn't referring that part to the SCM work. It was in reference to our group working on 0.x and Blue for III/VC, hence the numbered points. ><

The website isn't the issue. It's the server that it's on that is. Yes! Let me host the damn forums, and we can just transfer any important topics once you get your hardware setup. Even if you fix it, it's still an American home server. Never! No. I also told you several times on how you could offer a better one. 1. We are considered unofficial according to the MTA Team, but for all intensive purposes, we are basically the only ones actually working on these projects with permission. 2. Mostly Towncivilian, but we are doing much more than working on just the SCM.

Unfortunately the site thing is easier said than done. It's on the hard drive of a computer that I can rarely physically access, and its having issues with displaying video, so I cannot even get it turned on so I can remotely fix it.

Project Redivivus is the name of the project itself. I think you mean MTA 0.5.1...

y umadbro? In all seriousness, the true, non-ranting version of information about the rest of the web services being down can be found here: https://forum.multitheftauto.com/viewtopic.php?f=136&t=40854 The other day I was able to almost completely fix the server, but I ran into a very unusual issue regarding it that is slowly being looked into, and hopefully can be resolved soon.

Game-Monitor is having issues. Not sure what the deal is behind the backup Master Server Listing, though.
-
Wrong. I have been in personal contact with Wojjie lately. It is having issues relating to it's database and cache systems. He plans on repairing the issues soon once he finishes some work on some other sites. You're right, GM is a quality service that's always been highly professional and has never had an issue? Try to log in.

Game-Monitor is having issues right now.

Generally another fix that tends to solve a lot of bugs is also right-clicking on MTAClient.exe (before running it), and choosing Run As Administrator. For whatever reason, this solves unknown permission bugs that allow it to run correctly. Also, for some, adding the GTA executable and MTAClient.exe to the Data Execution Prevention list tends to solve a few access denied memory address errors. Most don't need to do this, however...but it is known to resolve issues in SA:MP 0.3 under Windows Vista/7, so it appears to actually be a bug in GTA itself, and not MTA, that affects a select few.

Due to the methods used, yes.

After speaking with him, he said it was, and that the custom client is meant only for his bot/mod, so normal clients appear to work correctly without issues or any changes/updates.
-
We should all get up some servers and throw parties! There's many gamemodes, custom scripts, and both games out there. Why limit it to just one?
-
I agree that focusing on it first would be nice, but it provides little to no income right now to him, so financially he has to make his money before he can spend his working time on personal projects. As for the company's name, it is Jolted Media Group. Oh, and you're very welcome!
-
No problem. As for a little more of a detailed answer, Wojjie actually founded and somewhat currently owns Game-Monitor, although he integrated it's ownership within his business/company he works for, so they legally own it now amongst their other websites, but he has most, (or at least to some degree, complete), control over it and it's development. He has also said that after the move, he will be focusing on finishing up about 4-5 other sites for the company, and then will be shifting all his focus to improving and finishing redesigning Game-Monitor, as well as adding many new features and options to it.
-
It is up now, although previously-cached servers may have issues listing. Wojjie will be looking into a permanent solution to the database problems soon after it is moved to a better server within the next 2 weeks.
-
Very impressive! If this weren't against the EULA, I'd be begging for more!
-
It will provide him with information that may result in finding potential conflicts that are causing your BSOD.

Mind shooting me a PM with a brief explantion of how your stuff works? I'm assuming by what you said that a custom client is needed, but I'm just a bit curious. It's pretty cool in all honesty.
