  1. What version of Windows are you using?
  2. Why are you spamming your "lol"'s? We're trying to help you here. There's no reason to be a smartass.
  3. Can you type out the specific error the next time you receive it? It will better help us solve your problem.
  4. Besides the tons of former ASE query code and the mess that is MTA 0.x, both versions of MTA in one way or another use Game-Monitor for listing servers in their server browsers.
  5. Hell, it even works in MTA 0.x... Would also love to know what this so-called bug is.
  6. One day when a better version can be completed for GTA III and VC, maybe this idea can be revisited.
  7. If you are looking for a roleplaying server, Argonath RPG and Ankeborg RPG are both still up. Argonath RPG is listed in the browser, however Ankeborg RPG requires you to get the IP from their website and enter it manually since their method of connection is not compatible with Game-Monitor's querying system.
  8. A new version might fix these bugs you claim to exist, but have yet to report
  9. We should skip SA and go back to III! *Cough*
  10. GTA III has more minor details than any other GTA except IV. Hell, name another GTA where you can drive in a tunnel and have the ambient sound echo change!
  11. Sorry, but I still say GTA III owns the hell out of everything
  12. Well hey, I know I'm never giving up on this. I would try to rally the team again, as I usually do, but I'm kinda stuck in a position ATM where I'm barely able to be online. Once that is fixed, I'll do what I can to get this mod alive and well again
  13. Well, we do still work on GTA3:MTA and MTA:VC
  14. [sarcasm]Obviously, SCO is better.[/sarcasm] [smartass]I think you meant SCM [/smartass]
  15. Why wouldn't they use LUA?
  16. Why should we? Well if you want to have a custom server with features. Dude, how do you have 334 posts and still not know about MTA offering custom scripting all the way back since GTA3:MTA's times...?
  17. Not a bad idea to be honest. If the moderators are unable to help users with that scripting language, it's not like they are forced to reply either. Anyone could come along and answer a question for them.
  18. As said before, I'll host a backup copy on the PR mirror if someone can upload these... Edit: w00t for 500th post...although I thought I had much more D:
  19. For a short while they actually took a no-support stance on modders after Hot Coffee. There was a lot of resentment thanks to the media making such a huge deal out of it. Thankfully they are generally neutral again, hence why IV:MP is now considered legal by them. Previously they disallowed it because of the no-support stance.
  20. I've heard rumors that they provided some information about GTA:SA before they stopped helping modders, and they got some praise about MTA:SA in it's very early stages, but I haven't heard much since.
