My friend from school introduced me to said gamemode. To be honest, it seems to be endless killing random people to find they're innocent, and then being killed by somebody else thinking you're the traitor. Either that, or simply being killed. It's Free-for-all with a reason not to kill people.

I believe you just create the page again, translated, with a title prefix. For example, if you wanted to translate "Main Page" into Russian, you would make a new page titled "RU/Main Page". Perhaps you have deleted your resource-cache folder (or any contents thereof). You may have an incorrectly configured HTTP server. You may have broken permissions on the resource-cache or HTTP directory.

You cannot use a custom client (one compiled by yourself) on release servers. This is to prevent hacks and modifications being used to exploit servers.

Well the networking aspects of the MTA SA program are closed source, for security reasons. To play SA, you can obviously use MTA SA. To play Vice City, you can look into this, and for III...well, there are other mods available for such thing. If you mean the gamemode, and not the actual server, you can use the announcement functions.

Well iterating every vehicle to perform the operation isn't the best method - perhaps a bit more information would be helpful. Can you tell us exactly how you store the vehicle data?

Patching GTA SA simply requires replacing the gta_sa.exe file, however, we are unable to give you a direct link to such file for legal reasons. Consult Google for your needs.

Just a note, you should use an isElement check on 'thePlayer' in the KickPlayer function. You will get errors if you begin the timer and then the player quits.
