Does your GTA:SA single player crash too?

Does your GTA:SA work properly? If not, check if data\gta.dat is present in the GTA folder. If it isn't, try reinstalling GTA and leave the installation path at the default (C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas).

Make sure your GTA:SA CD doesn't have any fingerprints on the bottom, clean it with a microfiber cloth.

Why are you worried about "crap" in your registry? It doesn't matter how many entries are in the registry. It's a flat database file, size or amount of entries does not slow anything down.

Why are you uninstalling MTA?

Run the installer, and when asked for the MTA installation directory, point it to the external hard drive.

You didn't even install GTA:SA properly. Go buy it off Steam, we're not going to help you with a pirated installation.

Your Intel graphics driver is not up to date, nor is your audio. Your storage driver is probably out of date as well. Install these nVidia graphics drivers as well, if the version is not already 306.23.

Sorry about Pastebin being slow. Indeed, the drivers installed successfully. If you are still having performance issues, ensure your graphics settings are as low as possible. If that is still not sufficient, your only option is to purchase or otherwise acquire a newer computer.

That's fine about the chipset driver; try this one instead. For the Ralink driver, just install the driver alone.

Indeed, jhxp is correct. If the driver updates don't help, you're pretty much out of luck in terms of improving performance without upgrading your computer.
