Alot of people around the GTA community would of noticed this by now. However an interesting matter and hopefully hearing more speculations in later months.
If the guy is trying to mention to be able run around than you should take more notice of what is mentioned and shown on the homepage, aswell as the blog comments and updates.
In clanwar situations, yes.
It stops other people interfering in gameplay. Uninvited guests would most likely be kicked and/or possibly banned depending on the situation.
Remove any single player modifications (Mods) if you have any installed.
Play in single player, for a few minutes, before installing a fresh MTA.exe is recommended also if you havent already done so.
Check the Known Issues thread also for other solutions for further problems.
I was round my mate's house yesterday evening after work, we both had a few minutes to play around on this map including his younger brother.
Indeed a nice map. I understand your view also laggy, i found at times there wasn't the need for most of those checkpoints, however this didnt ruin any of the gameplay which we enjoyed.
Yes and arrange the times at which both clans can participate in.
Contacting the clan leaders or members is quite simple to do. You could either join their server and inform the clan members or leaders which are available online about your interest.
Email or PM's are others options also.
TDM is quite a common suggestion.
Each side will attempt to rack up the most kills within the specified time limit. Victory will go to the team with the most kills, or points, at the end of the match. Players can also set a kill limit that must be reached to win as well. If all the members of one team run out of respawns before the time limit expires, the team left standing wins.
Something like this could hopefully created within the SDK or included.

If im correct are you getting this crash on the loading bar?
If so then there are certain ways to fix this.
Go onto the options tab on the MTA client and make sure the game version is set to 1.1. Its also recommended that the VC patch is installed.
Its also recommended that you have played single player for a few minutes before installing the MTA.exe.
Hopefully this can be some help for you.
Quite regular to see that happen. I dont know the exact cause however i believe its something to do with the right time of both players entering the vehicle's driver's seat at the same time, i could however be wrong.
