Whilst it isn’t a bad idea, we don’t necessarily need one as we have our own official IRC channel. I suppose not everyone who joins these forums know about IRC which is why a chatbox would be ideal, though a majority of the time most chat boxes start to get filled with meaningless comments and plenty of spam.

This is an issue to do with the supplier who you are registered with, something which MTA cannot help with; unless it is a fault with the program. It seems you are not the only person to have problems with this host. The link posted from Zango should provide some information. Topic locked.

This issue has been dragging on too long it seems. Try some other potential suggestions. - Check your anti-virus settings. Sometimes these programs can block meaningless network activities. Considering your crash happens when you are entering a server - it might be worth looking into. Whilst MTA is not a virus - some anti-virus recognise it as a threat. I know in the past Symantec were an issue. - Right click on both the GTA.exe and MTA.exe and ensure that both compatibility settings are set to default. - Remove any single player modifications - if any.

The originals were classics because during that era, especially during the early Playstation times, there wasn’t any other game like GTA on the market.

I’m surprised that it wouldn’t load due to an audio file error. I presume it could be a hardware fault, perhaps an issue with a driver. Reinstall both the game and MTA, whilst providing us with your DxDiag information.

This looks brilliant. It’s fascinating to see all these “conversions” that seem to be taking place in general in the GTA community. IV into VC, SA into GTA:LC etc. I’d love to learn the programming/modelling skills behind it but unfortunately the time isn’t on my hands. Good luck with it!
