Whoever made that video must have had a lot of time! I’m still a Vice City guy through and through – I’ve always wondered what would have happened if San Andreas was released first and Vice City had all those features that were in San Andreas. Either way, it’s going to be a smashing game. It would be quality if we could create our own character though.

It might not even be a problem that you created as sometimes the odd DDoS can happen or some application was upgrading in the background in your computer. If your connection was fine elsewhere, it could be the server you were playing on.

Does it contain any missions or is the mod just purely freeroam? I should check myself actually.

When it asks for the path the installer wants to know where the GTASA.exe is located and this will be found in the Rockstar folders in your C drive. All you have to do is double click the GTASA.exe – nothing more. I guess you know this anyway? Uninstall MTA and wipe it completely from your computer. Use a suitable program like CCleaner (search on Google and download the free version) to get rid of any unwanted registries and other files that are no longer needed. Afterwards, uninstall GTASA, reboot and then reinstall GTASA. Once GTASA is installed, load it once then exit and download the latest version of MTA from the homepage. It might if you post a screenshot of the problem so we know exactly what is appearing on your screen.

GTA United in a few words is basically Vice City and Liberty City put into the San Andreas map – a conversion mod. I’ve never played it but it would be interesting to see it work in MTA.

It is a freedom of choice whether you are a part of this community or against it. We welcome all players regardless of age. I’ve known some guys in this community who have exceptional talent who were no older than 15 and really helped me when I have had issues in the past. However - with age comes maturity, and at times I do wish players who don’t act their age to go elsewhere because it’s simply pathetic – if you have guys behind a computer telling you to behave then Christ knows what real life must be like when things get said straight to your face. If you have made mistakes then own up because most players don’t get a second chance in this community. Once it’s gone, you’re better off not coming back. I mean is this thread necessary, really? I don’t understand what you are trying to achieve here because if its sympathy you are trying to seek – it’s not working. I’ve decided to lock this thread because otherwise I know what will happen.

Please deal with this in a private manner. My advice, and I know others agree, would be to only play on servers that have good reputation and are constantly active with loads of players. Unfortunately, there are a few minorities who have nothing to do in their life apart from ruin the experience for others. Wish they’d get out more tbh! I’ve locked this topic before it goes up in flames.

It’s been a year already?! – Geez, time flies by! Voted. Whilst MTA has received plenty of recognition over the years, I do believe this mod is consistently underrated which is a shame. Though let’s hope we go one further this year and get a bronze.. or something even better!

The linesman should grow some balls and just get on with it. Sure, the match should have been abandoned for a few minutes, but to cancel the match is ridiculous.
