MTA doesnt like some of the no-cd patches. i recommend you reinstall GTAVC, and then play it off the CD, or rip it to ISO and mount with DaemonTools.

that takes time to load though, and to get off one persons desktop and onto anothers in 15 seconds would be a challenge.

incorrect. venom did a subnetban on a cheater in partyserver, and he managed to rejoin. so he was subnetbanned 3 more times, but sill managed to rejoin with completely different ip ranges. the first ip was in the 203. range i think, the second was in the 80. range. not sure about the other ones.

1) you can only admin your server if it is actually running. 2) enable admin+ in the server config file. 3) enable admin+ in MTAMA 4) make sure 2005 actually is your specified admin port. by default, its 4003. 5) try and connect to the server with the mta client. if you cant, your a retard. their all noobs

if ur on about blueyonder, its 768kbps -> 1Mbps. however, with a download of 1024Kbsp, the upload is still 256Kbps. sucks doesnt it.

smoother: yes videos: no the only thing is, you still get lag on LAN play. unless you manage to jack your 1Gbps NIC upto full duplex. as far as i know, you get a ping of around 2-5 on LAN.
