Frame rate with high number of players

When i played MTA 0.3 with about 15 people in a sever my game would run at 30fps, but in 0.5 with the same number of people it's around 15fps...

The point i'm getting to is, Would blue be able to give good synch with a high number of players whilst maintaining a good framerate or is it too early to tell?

Have you tried downloading vice patch 1.1? This patch fixes the problem when vice city cant even load the map. Some ppl says it really dont fixes it, but i have downloaaded it and yes it does (at least for me :) ) .

yeh in .3r2 I can withstand a full UK server and even .4.1 and not lag at all no slow moving. But in .5 full UK server or semi full I lag like an sob I can barely move. 5.5 better fix this problem or I'll be pissed

The FPS of a blue-based game is almost entirely dependent on the mod/game mode. More complex game modes might do more processing per frame, where as simple ones would do less.

eai is referring to any future MTA's built upon Blue.

I suspect it is the encryption in 0.5 that makes your machines work that much harder than they did in 0.3, causing slowdown when player numbers rise.

well I hope Blue will require less work so there fore it the PC doesn't have to work hard, hope its like .3 in this manner
