Vicer/Spitfire Posted March 23, 2005 Posted March 23, 2005 Hey, Is it possible to unban yourself from your own server? I accidentally banned myself in my LAN server
Si|ent Posted March 23, 2005 Posted March 23, 2005 Yes, just remove your ip from the ban list Moved out of addons section (what were you thinking?)
njr1489 Posted March 23, 2005 Posted March 23, 2005 You deleted the ip in your blacklist? LMAO vicer stick with servers you don't own.
Jani Posted March 23, 2005 Posted March 23, 2005 open banned.lst, delete your ip, save and close it, then restart the server. and then dont play on it ever again.
Mike Posted March 23, 2005 Posted March 23, 2005 Close the server first, then remove the ip from banned.lst, then restart the server.
Kent747 Posted March 23, 2005 Posted March 23, 2005 then you removed the wrong ip just clear the whole list if its just a lan server
HardCoRe. Posted March 23, 2005 Posted March 23, 2005 I did that. Didnt work using MTAMA? there is a .ini in the mIRC folder if that is so.
Slothman Posted March 23, 2005 Posted March 23, 2005 It's not rocket science. either remove the correct ip, all ip adresses and start over, or reinstall the server if it comes to that.
Mike Posted March 23, 2005 Posted March 23, 2005 I did that. Didnt work using MTAMA? there is a .ini in the mIRC folder if that is so. That only deletes the entry in the mtama ban-list (which is just visual), it doesn't send the command to the server to actually unban that IP. Also, i think if your IP is in the ban-list of the server, you also cannot connect to remote admin or mtama.
