Guest Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 Whenever I join a server game, it times out or disconnects very quickly. My ping is always around 1000 is this related to my problem and are there any ways to overcome this problem. Thanks

There's nothing wrong on your side if this is only happening in MTA (unless of course your connection speed is just too slow). Join the crowd if you don't like it.

It may also be your MSN when ppl are talking with you, they also lag up your game. (Try setting it to Appear Offline ) Or that your broadband is used by many people at the monent. It's a beta 2. The core and netcode are outdated 3. It's not made by a massive company with lots of resources 4. Blue is currently in development MTA:SA FAQ - Read this before asking questions.
