Well, your GTA directory is a fantastic mess.

Try deleting the d3d9.dll from it.

Ok, look i re-installed my gta and look what it says : The instruction at 0x00746929 referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be read.

Click on OK to terminate the program

Yes i have a anti-virus installed with my windows 8 and it run normally.

MTA is installed in a strange place (C:\Windows.old\Program Files (x86))

Please reinstall MTA and choose the Default install location option.

Also what anti-virus do you have?

https://www.google.nl/search?q=0x00746929

It can be 1. compatiblity mode, 2. directory/file permissions (as ccw said, re-install on usual directory)

The memory violation 0x00746929 essentially means that the file itself (gta_sa) is accessible but once you run it cannot allocate anything/start up because something basic is missing/misconfigured

For that last example, this can also be caused by ''DirectPlay'' missing from windows,

go to Control panel > Software/programs > and there's something like ''Activate/deactivate (optional) windows features''

Then look for ''Directplay'' under something like ''Legacy software'' and see if directplay is enabled.

anyone help me plz

Try installing GTA into another directory. After doing that, reinstall MTA by selecting default directory when it asks.
