CremeDeLaMeme Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 I wanted to start some insane massive server but i was wondering if i could get anywhere near there without everything bugging the heck out! also someone sent me a message saying the limit was 4096.
0 xXMADEXx Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Unless your server was completely bug free and the only server on MTA, you will get no where near that...
0 CremeDeLaMeme Posted February 27, 2014 Author Posted February 27, 2014 i run a fb page with about 200K users and was gonna advertise it on there.

0 solidsnake Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 Players joining & leaving the server , it's nothing such a contact list to keep them all in the same time
0 Alexs Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 so anyone know the story, can i get 65K if i have the hardware and people? MTA Limit is 4096, sorry. https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Changes_in_1.3.1
0 MTA Team Blokker_1999 Posted February 28, 2014 MTA Team Posted February 28, 2014 And it is even doubtfull you can get that many players. Even if you did get 4k player chances that your hardware can keep up are not that big either. You would need one hell of a setup to keep that running smooth.
0 myonlake Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 You'd need to have multiple servers hooked together. That's just not possible right now.
0 Woovie Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 Our concurrent user record is 21,873. Good luck getting 1/5th of the player population on 1 server, let alone have it stable.
