Sintax Posted April 17, 2003 Posted April 17, 2003 I'm not sure how that would be possible, being limited to only editing the memory, but maybe if the program could figure out what your cursor was aimed at, it could print it out like the chat.
me Posted April 23, 2003 Posted April 23, 2003 Colored arrows could work... Each player would have their own color (dibs on green), and the arrow above their head would be that color, and the text for their name would be that color too.
xerox Posted April 23, 2003 Posted April 23, 2003 this has had a long discussion already in the modstack forums. big bouncing arrows suck, and i think a fading dots system is used for location on the map, and perm dots for team mates. may have changed since then, but i believe that was the call.
