It looks like a miniature version of the slow-mo powerup pill thingy. Stand under it, and you become drunk There is one of these drunkspots at every spawn. EDIT: I edited the post to stop sounding so much like a damn salesman, and added a pretty picture. You can see the icon thing right above his head. Hard to stay on a bike.If you have a pass on a bike and drive them under it, it makes the pass and driver drunk. Maybe if you back up so only the pass goes under only they will get drunk, or vice-versa.

It's great driving around drunk in the game. Your vision is all messed up, the screen moves without you moving, your controls are all messed up.
