Then jump up on top of the adjacent cubicle(I know they look like you would fall in, but they are pretty much solid cubes) Then you can jump to the next cubicle, from which you jump over the dividing glass wall, and, viola, you're in the secret/bug place... good luck doing anything though, I'm pretty sure you can't get out once you're in there...
