scurvy
dunno how hard this would be but it would be cool to be able to find a friend playing on a server, by his color on the radar, maybe each player could have a different color, letter or #? or maybe you could assign a friend a different color radar blip. Evil
i would like to see this idea too but after 30 people in 1 server how will you find the color? lol what i was thinking is maybe a sort of buddy list that would give you ingame cordinates and a waypoint to follow Link to comment
Bude
not thats to complicated. numbers would do it... but the radar is pretty full of numbers then Link to comment
Leviathan
I think it isn't a good idea. It isn't fun if you can see the sniper guy that has planned to shoot your head off on the radar. Link to comment
Bude
It isn't fun if you can see the sniper guy I think you didnt get the point there How can you see that the guy is trying to shoot you? You just see WHERE he is..... And with numbers you would also know WHO it is. Link to comment
Si|ent
I dont think having everyones exact locations shown on the map or radar is a good idea, it is far too limiting when it comes to mission structures. However, having a hail system, where the guy you want to find can choose to hace himself higlighted on your map, would be ok. But really what is wrong with saying 'im at starfish island, heading your way'? as withthe player names you will be able to locate each other easily enough. Link to comment
Bude
yes with player-names that shouldnt be a problem any longer, thats right. and with the chatbox it should be way better, too. Link to comment
