wtf do you want in a gosttown server, no cars, no players, if you want this just play single player

Actually he DOES want to play with other players and drive cars in a gostown map.

cars....in a ghost town hmmmm whats the point of a ghost town with cars?

Ghosttown isn't an ghost town... :P

It's a mod for SA that's quite beautiful! I've seen some screenshots, but haven't played it.

Gostown is a total conversion mod for SA, basically it replaces the whole map with a new one and adds a couple of new features

http://www.gostownparadise.com/index.php

theoretically it's be possible, but it would require a lot of work (replacing objects, vehicles) and the current custom object support isn't quite reliable, sometimes objects get replaced sometimes not.. furthermore gostown is quite large, since you can't just delete the SA map you'd need to place it somewhere on sea, then there's object limit and boundaries..

But it's possible to create a server for players who have that mod installed into the game :)

Yeah you right it is, as I have got a custom race track installed on my game and it works perfectly in MTA.

Of course it would. Except that the race track itself is not synchronized. To other players it seems like you are racing in mid air because they can't see the race track. Besides, using your own mods in MTA is discouraged as it is classified as cheating.

This is why it's better to create a server for players with that map mod :)

No it isn't... In that way you'd encourage the use of a mod... =/

It isn't cheating in that case though. :P

Only noobs may start using the map mod just because "they were encouraged" by some server. So it's not problem in normal use of the mod. We just need to clean MTA from those noobs.
