Open task manager, end explorer.exe, start it again and then delete the file, it should work. It's a common bug in Windows that if something messes up it won't let you delete certain files.

True, on command line you can use del with the /f switch to force deletion of read-only files.

hes right tho .. its not a problem of his pc

my rssmapdownloader downloaded the file too , cant delete it when i tried after reading this topic ..

ah well .. 0KB in size (i know it still takes a bit) . so im not too bugged about it at the moment :D
