I thought the same also, though from the texture of that ground it obviously does not look like a football (soccer) pitch, unless the texture of the ground has been changed or its at another structure. The boots seem to be the main objective towards finding out what the picture actually is and i dont even know where to start to suggest what the other surroundings of the image are. The white pants could also represent the socks for example also. The angle of the picture from what i see is hard to describe because i dont know if the guy is on the floor or running.

The feet are from someone jumping up the background texture being a poor representation of a crowd in the stands. It's obviously a football game as those studs are illegal in rugby and the boots are too low.
