Will my frames per second lower during a gun battle between like 8-10 people? (Like it does in SA-MP, it lowers my frames horribly )

ESPN'S NFL 2K5 is still alive. The game's fans are still making roster updates for it because stupid EA and their madden only have the NFL license now So for those of you people who have the game and an action replay there are some available free 2007 roster downloads to keep the game up to date. Especially for those of u who hate madden and wish there was an ESPN NFL 2K6 Or 2K7 because for me i think the NFL made a bad choice going with EA to make the nfl games . BTW Madden is too expensive, each year you have to pay $50 dollars just for the same game only with updated rosters and new music....and a little bit changed of everything else =/ . So after watching the shooting synchronization video its clear that the walking/shooting synch is much better than sa-mp's.But will the vehicle synch be better? Also will the shooting synch be good if the other guy is getting horrible fps?

Sorry to bother,but its not my fault this happened . My MTA:SA browser doesnt show no servers it just says idle.... In the meantime Ill have to go all the way to http://www.game-monitor.com and type a server ip because the copy/paste doesnt work on MTA:SA can someone help please???
