These kind of bans can't/should not be appealed. Wait it out and in 5 days from the moment you got temporary banned you will be automatically unbanned and therefore you will be able to play again as long as you don't perform the same actions that got you in this situation in the first place. You can find plenty of information about each violation mentioned within your ban reason by reading the following topic:
