Error

Every time I enter the game I get the AC #4 [x] (Trainer) error, but I don't use any cheats. I can't join any server, in short, I can't play the game anymore. I uninstalled and re-downloaded the game 3 times, but it didn't help.

If you're using cheats for other games, make sure to end all processes and check if any of those programs are auto-started on PC boot. For example, in task manager you can check Startup tab and see which applications run on PC boot.

A safe approach would be to run through applications on your PC and uninstall any that are cheat related.

i don't use cheats in any other game even i only have mta and few apps on my computer

Delete the contents of this folder: C:\Program Files\Cheat Engine 7.2
