MTA doesn't turn on

After the MTA system format, I stopped starting up. When I launch the application, only the window is displayed for a while "Stop playing with yourself", and after a while a GTA: SA MAY NOT HAVE LAUNCHED CORRECTLY window pops up. Before the format, the game worked properly, I had no problems with it.

Reinstall MTA and GTA does nothing, and neither does the format

Please try running GTA:SA once and try running MTA:SA again.

If still doesn't work, try installing the latest nightly from https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/mtasa-1.5.8-rc-20833-20210224.exe

Unfortunately, it didn't change anything

Please try running system scan to find potential corruption.

Step 1: Run Command Prompt as administrator

Step 2: Type sfc /scannow into the window and hit Enter to begin system scan

Nothing has changed. I will have the computer serviced soon. Some features on the computer also do not work, such as Windows updates. Thanks for the help @myonlake

Ok, servicing sounds like a good idea. It seems there is something off but I cannot point to the problem with my low knowledge. For example tasklist errored and returned no tasks, which is not normal.

I didn't read your entire log yet, but something specific in there indicates a type of corruption (WMI) that you can often resolve with this method:

- Download https://mirror.multitheftauto.com/mtasa/utils/servicing.bat (naming is just a coincidence.. we send it to many users for support)

- Right-click the .bat file and select "Run as Administrator"

Wait until the process is completed, might take long but it will close on its own. Then reboot your PC and see if MTA works

 

Also for good measure, please update some of your drivers.. to the following versions:

GPU: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/30248/a08/igfx_win10_100.9313.exe

Network: https://www.station-drivers.com/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=352&func=fileinfo&id=4224&lang=en

Sound: https://github.com/pal1000/Realtek-UAD-generic/releases > download "Unofficial-Realtek-UAD-generic" zip package

Then install these sound drivers using setup.cmd file (right click > "Run as Administrator") and answer yes everywhere, but "no" for manually installing your codecs
