From https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Anti-cheat_guide:

Quote

SD #16: Disallow disabled anti-cheat components. This is triggered when an anti-cheat component can not start. It is usually due to some problem with the PC and might be fixed by a reboot. Can also be triggered by a virus.

In most cases, it's due to your PC being infected with a virus. The first step is always to run a full anti-virus and malware scan.

Alternatively, something else on your PC is preventing MTA anti-cheat components from starting (For example: intrusive security software that blocks the MTA anti-cheat kernel driver due to a false positive of not trusting it).

If you are in this situation and try to join a server that enabled SD #16, which is opt-in, then you'll get kicked like you have been. Servers can enable this detection for additional security. If you really want to play on this server, then I advise you find what on your PC is causing this problem.
